Whether you purchased your items online or in-store, it doesn’t matter—you can return them to any of our boutiques at no cost.

Except for items purchased on clearance*, you have 30 days to return any clothing that doesn’t suit you, for any reason.

Returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn, stained, or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, earrings, hats, and shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Present your receipt at checkout, and we will refund you using the original payment method. Please note that items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store.
 

 

 

Special events: No exchanges, price adjustments, or refunds will be offered during our VIP events, exclusive events, special promotions, Black Friday, or Boxing Day.

 

*Items purchased at final sale (50% or more off) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns to store

Whether you purchased your items online or in store, it doesn't matter: returning them to one of our stores will cost you absolutely nothing. Present the invoice at checkout and we will reimburse you according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Note that items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.

Special Events: No exchanges, price adjustments or refunds during our VIP, Black Friday and Boxing Day events.

Returns by post

On your delivery note, circle the items you are returning. Place the delivery note and the returned items in the bag and attach the return label. You will be refunded within 5 days of receipt of the package. Note that it may take a few days for the transaction to appear on your credit card statement. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Items purchased in store can only be returned and refunded in store.

 

Conditions for returns

Returned items must be in new condition and bear the original label. Items that have been washed, worn, stained or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimsuits and pierced ear loops are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be converted into cash. Delivery charges paid to deliver your online order are non-refundable.

 

Canceling a web order

Do you regret the purchase you just made online? We understand. Until you have received shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order by contacting us by email. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, the package is on its way. Don't worry: you can return the items ordered to us, in store or by post, by following the procedure described above.
