As your partner in style, Marie Claire Boutiques cares about your satisfaction as a consumer. Except for clearance items, you have 30 days to return apparel or accessories you are unsatisfied with, regardless of the reason.
No matter if the items are bought at a store or online returns at one our stores are free. Show your receipt at the checkout and we will reimburse the item through the same method of payment it was paid with.

Please note that items purchased in stores can only be exchanged or refunded in stores. Also, items purchased as final sales cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Items bought from our website can also be returned by mail. The postal charges are on us.
We will refund you once we receive the parcel at our office through the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned in new condition and carry the original label.
- Items that have been washed, worn, stained or damaged are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits and earrings for piercings are neither refundable nor exchangeable
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Shipping fees paid for delivery of your order (online purchase) are not refundable.

Are you having second thoughts about the purchase you just made on our web site? We understand. As long as you haven’t received the shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order by calling us at 514 416-6129 or 1 844 670-1224.
If you have received the shipping confirmation, the parcel is on its way. No worries: you can return any item ordered online to a store or by mail by following the process described above.
